Job summary

Sii India is seeking a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant to drive a Territory Management transformation and to help design end-to-end solutions across Salesforce, SAP, and AWS. You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver value and ensure successful adoption.

The role offers opportunities to act as an end-to-end Business Analyst, shaping requirements, process optimization, and solution design in a challenging international project environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud experience in a functional consultant or business analyst role.
• Strong Salesforce CRM proficiency including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
• Hands-on with Enterprise Territory Management (ETM), Territory Planning (TP), and Solution Planning (SP).
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and supporting testing/implementation.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management; able to run workshops with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to support Salesforce Territory Management initiatives.
• Design scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions and suggest improvements aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, and architects in an Agile/Scrum setup.
• Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and validate solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities for adoption.
• Coordinate integrations across Salesforce, SAP, and AWS while seeking optimization opportunities.
