Qualifications

• Min SPM/Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Good email etiquette; friendly, calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer client calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and schedule site visits.
• Issue purchase orders, invoices, and track payments.
• Coordinate delivery dates between warehouse and site teams.
• Handle office supplies, filing, and simple HR paperwork.
• Represent Dans Interior at Home Fairs while engaging with potential clients and promoting our design solutions.
