Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to present eyewear ranges to customers and guide them through the end-to-end store journey, including opening, merchandising and selling, while ensuring every sale meets the customer's needs and delivers a memorable experience.

You will work to exceed daily targets, create engaging experiences, uphold our brand image by following the dress code, and develop strong relationships with customers, contributing to the store's

Qualifications

• Retail experience or customer service experience preferred.
• Interest in eyewear and fashion helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.

Your role

You would be presenting our wide ranges of products to customers and will get to experience the end to end journey in our stores including opening, closing, merchandising and selling. While you close each sales, meeting the customer needs and ensuring a great experience remains a top priority.

• Upholding Brand Image:Model the Brand Style Dress Code, embodying our brand's aesthetic.
• Delivering Tailored Experiences:Ensure an outstanding customer experience by advising, styling eyewear and apparels.
• Operational Excellence:Adhere to all operating policies and procedures, including thorough training, timely execution of marketing and merchandising campaigns, accurate sales transactions, and effective use of sales strategies and resources.
• Ensuring Transactional Accuracy:Accuracy and precision in all guest transactions and interactions.
