Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking an entry-level Sales Assistant to support optical stores by assisting customers, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

You will learn to engage customers, recommend eyewear, and complete sales transactions using POS systems while growing product knowledge and sales techniques in a dynamic retail environment.

• Prepare lenses for edging, operate machinery, and shape lenses to precise specifications.
• Ensure quality control throughout the edging process and inspect lenses for defects.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with optical professionals and stay updated on industry trends.
• Participate in upskilling and training opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
