Job summary

Brooks Brothers Retail Malaysia is seeking a Sales Associate at Johor Premium Outlets to deliver premium service and maintain the store's presentation. You will act as a brand ambassador, knowing the brand and products, while building repeat clientele through excellent service.

The role requires good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia and flexibility to work during Hari Raya. SPM, Diploma, or Professional Degree holders are welcome, with prior premium fashion exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Location at Johor Premium Outlets
• Able to work during Hari Raya period
• Possess at least SPM, Diploma, Professional Degree in any field
• Prior exposure in premium fashion brands/ menswear brands is preferred
• Possess good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Possess good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred
