Job summary

Brooks Brothers Retail Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking a brand ambassador who can demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and deliver top-tier customer service. You will help build repeat clientele and maintain a pristine shop presentation, including windows and displays.

Based at Mitsui Outlet Park (MOP), the role welcomes part-time Sales Associates (RM13/hour). Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, plus good communication and interpersonal skills, are preferred to support premium fashion retail.

Qualifications

• Candidate has strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in premium fashion brands or menswear is preferred.
• Able to build repeat clientele and maintain relationships.

Answer customer enquiries and provide professional feedback according to the brand’s standards

Maintain an excellent level of the presentation of the shop interiors, the mannequins and the windows

Assist in daily store operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Location at Mitsui Outlet Park (MOP)

Possess at least SPM, Diploma, Professional Degree in any field preferable with 1 - 2 years of retail experience

Prior exposure in premium fashion brands/ menswear brands

Possess good customer service and interpersonal skill

Possess good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred

Part-time Sales Associates are welcomed as well (RM13/hour)
