Job summary

Brooks Brothers Malaysia is seeking a passionate Sales Associate at Suria KLCC to be a brand ambassador, sharing in-depth knowledge of Brooks Brothers products and helping customers find the perfect look.

You will deliver exemplary service, build repeat clientele, maintain premium shop presentation, and assist in daily store operations. English and Bahasa Malaysia skills are highly preferred, and experience with premium menswear is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least SPM, Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
• Prior exposure in premium fashion brands or menswear preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia preferred.

About you

Possess at least SPM, Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field

Prior exposure in premium fashion brands or menswear brands is preferred

Possess good customer service and interpersonal skills

Possess good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred

Able to work during Hari Raya period
