Job summary

Owndays Malaysia is seeking a retail sales associate to operate in its Malaysia outlets, delivering excellent customer service and assisting customers in selecting eyewear. You will dispense and fit spectacles per prescriptions while supporting daily store operations and maintaining merchandising standards.

The role demands English, Malay, and Mandarin proficiency, willingness to work weekends/public holidays, and flexibility to relocate within Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• To perform retail sales activities at Owndays Malaysia outlets.
• To deliver excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting eyewear products.
• To dispense and fit spectacles according to prescribed requirements.
• Support daily store operations, including inventory control and stock management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.

Working Schedule

• 6 off days per month (4 weekdays + 2 weekends)
• 9 working hours per day (including 1-hour break)
• Rotational shifts assigned by the Shop Manager
