Job summary

OWNDAYS Malaysia is hiring a retail optometry associate. You will perform in-store sales, offer professional eyewear advice, and assist with refraction and dispensing based on prescriptions.

Fresh Optometry graduates are encouraged to apply. You must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia, registered with MOC/MOM, and proficient in English. Weekend/public holiday shifts and Klang Valley relocation may be required; strong interpersonal skills are essential.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• To perform retail sales at OWNDAYS' Shops.

• To perform Refraction on customers.
• To dispense and IT spectacles and edge lenses working from the prescriptions.
• Handle daily shop cleanliness, shop operations, retail sales, inventory controls (Training will be provided).

Working Schedule

• 6 off days per month (4 weekdays + 2 weekends)

• 9 working hours per day (including 1-hour break)

• Rotational shifts assigned by the Shop Manager
