Job summary

Owndays Malaysia is seeking friendly and capable retail sales staff to support its eyewear outlets across Klang Valley. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist customers in selecting eyewear, and ensure proper fitting of spectacles.

This role requires flexibility for weekend/public holiday shifts and potential relocation within Klang Valley. Candidates should be legally permitted to work in Malaysia and fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• To perform retail sales activities at Owndays Malaysia' outlets
• To deliver excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear products
• To dispense and fit spectacles according to prescribed requirements
• Support daily store operations, including inventory control and stock management
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations

• 6 off days per month (4 weekdays + 2 weekends)

• 9 working hours per day (including 1-hour break)
