Job summary

Owndays Malaysia is seeking sales associates to join its network of eyewear outlets at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Puchong, The Exchange TRX, MyTown, and IOI City Mall Putrajaya. You will assist customers in selecting spectacles and deliver excellent service.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia, be fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin, and be willing to work weekends and public holidays. Relocation within Klang Valley is a plus; retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin to support diverse speaking customers.
• Experience in retail industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• To perform retail sales activities at Owndays Malaysia's outlets.
• To deliver excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear products.
• To dispense and fit spectacles according to prescribed requirements.
• Support daily store operations, including inventory control and stock management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.

Working Schedule
