Job summary

G2000 Apparel is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our Penang retail team. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend products while delivering excellent service.

This hands-on role requires basic computer skills, POS familiarity, and the ability to work across shifts, weekends, and public holidays at various locations within Klang Valley, Johor, or Penang.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to be based at various locations within Klang Valley, Johor, or Penang.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Develop product knowledge and communicate key features, benefits, and promotions.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support daily sales activities and contribute towards store targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain proper stock levels.
• Assist with stock receiving, transfers, stock counts, and inventory management.
• Support promotional activities, new launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide excellent customer experiences.
