Job summary

Ask Athena is seeking a Store Lead in Malaysia to drive daily operations and coach a retail team. You will own store accountability, set productivity goals, and model excellent service practices to resolve customer issues with guidance from the Store Manager.

The role requires leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment and strong communication with staff and customers. Flexibility for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in retail or service industry.
• 1 year experience in a leadership/management role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, on the sales floor.

• Utilizes all training initiatives to assist in developing the team and provide Coaching to other team members
• Develop plans to address key business issues, utilize plans to impact business and achieve desired results

• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
