Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly retail associate at Lapangan Perdana, Ipoh, Perak to greet customers, promote products, and provide product knowledge.

You will assist in stocking, merchandising, inventory control, and act as replacement cashier when needed, contributing to a clean, organized store and positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Lapangan Perdana, Ipoh, Perak.
