Job summary

eco-shop Malaysia is seeking a friendly retail cashier in Bandar Ipoh, Perak. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, upsell to meet sales targets, and keep the store inviting.

Responsibilities include accepting goods, stocking shelves, ensuring correct labeling, managing inventory, arranging displays and promotions, and stepping in as cashier when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Bandar Ipoh, Perak.
