Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a retail associate to greet customers, promote products, and provide product knowledge to meet sales targets at our Chemor, Perak store. You will unload and stock goods, maintain clean shelves, ensure correct labeling, manage inventory, and assist as a replacement cashier when needed.

Previous retail or customer service experience is valued. Strong communication, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
