Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer-oriented retail team member to greet customers and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will promote products, assist with stock, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include upselling, inventory monitoring, cashier coverage when needed, and participating in store promotions. This role requires flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, at Tronoh, Perak.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements:
