Job summary

KIRBEE MART SDN. BHD. is seeking energetic, customer-driven individuals for its retail team in Malaysia. No prior industry experience is required; attitude and passion matter most.

You will assist customers, manage store tasks, and support online orders while engaging with the collectibles community. Role involves handling transactions via POS, hosting live streams, and contributing to in-store promotions. Flexibility for weekend and event schedules is needed to thrive in a vibrant retail

Qualifications

• Min SPM holder, aged 18+.
• Passion for Pokemon TCG, trading cards, or gaming is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, multilingual a plus.
• Positive, proactive, problem-solving, team-oriented.
• Open to retail hours including weekends and events.
• Basic computer and social media knowledge; own transport required.
• Past retail or customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support sales with product knowledge and customer service.
• Handle daily store tasks: restocking, packing, cleaning, upkeep.
• Assist with pricing, organizing, displaying products; manage online/live orders.
• Process transactions via POS; manage online orders; host live sessions.
• Assist with social media content and in-store promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
• Support for outstation events; OT may be required during events.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Support sales through strong product knowledge and customer service.
• Handle daily store tasks including restocking, packing, cleaning and general upkeep.
• Assist with pricing, organizing, displaying products and online/ live orders.
• Process transactions accurately via POS system, manage online platforms orders and assist/ host live streaming sessions.
• Assist with social media content and in-store promotional activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store environment.
• Assist for outstation events when required (OT required during events).
• Support other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Min SPM holder and aged 18 and above.
• Passion in the Pokemon TCG, trading cards, hobbies or gaming is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in more languages will be a plus.
• Positive, proactive, problem-solving skills and team-oriented personality.
• Open to working retail hours including weekends, public holidays and event schedules.
• Basic computer and social media knowledge.Must possess own transportation.
• Prior experience in retail sales/ customer service is an advantage
