Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance with product selections and inquiries

• Stock shelves and display products in an attractive and accessible manner
• Assist with inventory management and product rotation to ensure stock freshness
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and elevate issues when necessary
• Promote sales of products through knowledgeable recommendations and product demonstrations
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and pricing to provide accurate information to customers
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through collaboration with colleagues
• Handle cashiering duties, process accurate cash and digital payments, and maintain daily sales records.
