MEDILIN GROUP SDN BHD is seeking a dynamic enquirer-to-appointment coordinator in Sungai Petani, Kedah. You will respond to inquiries across Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, Google and other platforms, follow up with leads, explain services, and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.

You will update CRM records, prepare daily and monthly sales reports, and work closely with doctors and the clinic team to ensure smooth patient management. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Able to use WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
• Organized, responsible, and target-driven.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
