Job summary

Wah Chan is seeking enthusiastic jewellery retail sales professionals in Malaysia to deliver a premium in-store experience and tailor recommendations to customer needs.

The role requires strong Mandarin, English, and Malay communication, with Mandarin preferred for customer service. Candidates should be confident in a target-driven environment and eager to build a long-term career in luxury jewellery sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / secondary school qualification.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales and jewellery are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English and Malay; Mandarin speaking is highly preferred for customer service needs.
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable in a target-based retail environment.
• Interest in gemstones and jewellery and gold, with a genuine desire to build a long-term career in retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a premium in-store experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery and styling options
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Assist with stock handling and daily store operations
• Support store campaigns, events, and promotional activities
