Job summary

ROBUST HPC SDN BHD is seeking a proactive sales support professional to assist the Sales Manager and team in daily sales and business development within the IT solutions space, focusing on HPC, AI infrastructure, cloud solutions and data center services.

You will identify potential customers, support lead generation, prepare quotations and proposals, and maintain customer records to help drive growth and ensure smooth project delivery. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and 0–2 years of sales experience is an advantage.
• Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree inBusiness, Marketing, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Interest in IT solutions, technology and sales is essential.
• Good communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills are required.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is expected.
• Must be willing to learn about IT products, HPC, AI infrastructure, cloud solutions and data center services.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager and sales team in daily sales and business development activities
• Identify potential customers and support lead generation through basic research and outreach
• Assist in contacting customers, handling enquiries, and following up on sales leads and quotations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents
• Maintain and update customer records, sales leads, and sales pipeline information
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and technical team to understand customer requirements and support suitable IT solutions
• Develop basic knowledge of the company's IT solutions, including HPC, AI infrastructure, enterprise IT, cloud HPC, and data center services
• Assist in coordinating customer meetings, sales activities, and customer follow-ups
• Support sales reports, market research, and other administrative tasks
• Collaborate with internal project teams to monitor and track the entire project delivery process ensuring a smooth and seamless delivery to the client.

About you

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 0–2 years of sales or related experience is an advantage

Good communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferably a Female candidate, preferably Malay who is good-looking, charming, naturally smiling, positive, quick-witted, sharp-minded, has a pleasant voice, and is an extrovert.
