WRENCH RACER HELMET in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic retail team. As a full-time role, you will greet customers, help with product selection, process sales at the POS, and maintain an organized, appealing sales floor.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at our Kuala Lumpur location. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales performance. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of WRENCH RACER HELMET, supporting customers throughout their shopping journey and contributing directly to the success of our retail operations. What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and professional customer service to all shoppers, addressing inquiries and assisting with product selection
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom
• Receiving, checking and displaying merchandise in accordance with company standards
• Handling customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and seeking appropriate resolutions
• Achieving individual and team sales targets through active engagement and product knowledge
• Restocking shelves and ensuring product availability throughout the day
• Following company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations
