Job summary

MayAir Group is seeking a Sales & Application Executive/Engineer to support sales activities, contribute to business strategy, and help drive market share and profitability in the region. In this role, you will also manage customer relationships and play a key role in expanding into new markets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and have opportunities for travel locally and internationally with allowances, to explore new markets while advancing your professional journey.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Technical sales experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• Must possess own transport.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally, including Europe and India.
• Based in Bandar Teknologi, Kajang.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities, expanding customer accounts, and increasing market share.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, presentations, and tailored solutions.
• Respond to sales inquiries, prepare quotations and pricing proposals, and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Conduct market analysis and support business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and enhance competitiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations while achieving sales targets and KPIs.
