Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness Executive (Data Analyst) to manage the offline sales database and deliver performance analyses across pharmacies and omnichannel channels. You will generate dashboards and in-depth insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

The role requires 1–2 years in FMCG sales/marketing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any major (Business, Engineering, or Statistics preferable).
• 1–2 years experience in sales or marketing FMCG with field roles or as KAM/Trade Analyst.
• Knowledge of market dynamics and FMCG commercial activity.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Microsoft Excel preferred).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and presentation skills.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage offline sales team database and performance analysis for pharmacies, omnichannel and store-level performance.
• Provide monthly/weekly/daily dashboards and in-depth analysis (market share, ROI, stock, pricing, promotions).
• Coordinate with Key Account Managers, Operations, and Commercial Finance to drive improvements and sales targets.
• Forecast monthly sales volume, replenishment suggestions, and NPD pipeline by account and SKU.
