Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Excellence.
Proven leadership in Sales Operations and Sales Effectiveness.
Strong background in route-to-market strategy and field sales operations.
Experience leading digital transformation and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead Sales Operations and Performance strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
Drive SFA adoption and digital sales tools across channels.
Develop KPI frameworks and monitor productivity metrics.
Oversee field activation, promoter programs, and in-store execution.
Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Finance to translate strategy into execution.
