Job summary

CARSOME, Southeast Asia’s leading used-car e-commerce platform, is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant in Malaysia. You will engage walk-in and online customers, understand their needs, and help them find a car from our curated selection.

You will host live streams, generate leads, and promote cars across social channels while guiding customers through test drives and financing, ensuring smooth transactions with complete documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or automotive.
• Strong listening skills and customer focus.
• Self-motivated with basic computer and finance literacy.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customers and assist them to select a vehicle.
• Guide customers from sale to test drive and financing options.
• Promote cars across social platforms and generate leads.
• Complete all records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions.

Your Day-To-Day

Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.

Proficiency in using multiple social media platforms to generate leads and promote our product. This includes hosting live streams to showcase cars, engage with potential customers, and drive sales through interactive promotions.

Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.

Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.

Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.

Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

Your Know-How

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, automotive, airline industry is preferred.

Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.

High level of self-motivation.

Computer and basic finance literacy
