Job summary

CARSOME in Malaysia is looking for a Sales Adviser to join our high-energy sales team. You will attend to walk-in and website customer inquiries, leverage our inventory knowledge to match buyers with vehicles, and guide customers through the entire process from appraisal to test drives and financing applications.

You will also be responsible for completing all records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions, and you may host live product demonstrations to drive traffic to our virtual

Your Day-to-Day

Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.

Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.

Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.

Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.

Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A session sand drive virtual showroom traffic.

Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.

Your Know-How

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.

Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.

High level of self-motivation.

Training will be provided.
