Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to engage customers, showcase Carsome's offers, and drive vehicle sales. You will build relationships, answer inquiries from walk-ins and online channels, and leverage social platforms to generate leads and promote our products.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to guide customers through the entire car-buying journey, including financing arrangements and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

• High level of self-motivation and target-driven attitude.
• Basic computer and finance literacy to process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customer inquiries.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on needs and inventory knowledge.
• Guide customers through sales process, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions.

Your Day-To-Day

Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.

Proficiency in using multiple social media platforms to generate leads and promote our product. This includes hosting live streams to showcase cars, engage with potential customers, and drive sales through interactive promotions.

Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.

Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.

Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.

Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

Your Know-How

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, automotive, airline industry is preferred.

Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.

High level of self-motivation.

Computer and basic finance literacy
