Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive sales-focused team member to engage both walk-in and online customers, guiding them from inquiry to test drive and financing completion. You’ll leverage our inventory knowledge to match customer needs, ensuring smooth transactions and accurate records.

You will also host live demos and drive online showroom traffic to achieve targets. The role emphasizes strong communication, self-motivation, and customer focus, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or airline industries preferred.
• Good listening skills and strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.

Your Day-to-Day

Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.

Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.

Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.

Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.

Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A session sand drive virtual showroom traffic.

Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.

Your Know-How

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.

Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.

High level of self-motivation.

Training will be provided.
