Job summary

OBM Agency Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our motorcycle showroom. You will promote motorcycles, explain financing options, and build lasting relationships with customers.

The role requires excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Attend to walk-in customers and assist with motorcycle sales.
• Promote motorcycles and related products.
• Explain features, promotions and financing options to customers.
• Follow up with customers via phone, WhatsApp and social media.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets/KPIs.
• Assist customers with loan applications and required documents.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending applications.
• Promote promotions via Facebook, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Participate in marketing events when required.
• Maintain a clean showroom and build customer relationships.

Job description

Salary: RM1700-6000 (Basic + Commission)

Key Responsibilities

Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional assistance.

Promote and sell motorcycles and related products.

Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable motorcycle models.

Explain motorcycle features, specifications, promotions and financing options.

Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and social media.

Contact potential customers and existing leads to generate sales opportunities.

Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Achieve individual and team sales targets/KPIs.

Assist customers with loan applications and required documentation.

Maintain proper customer records and follow up on pending applications.

Promote motorcycles and company promotions through Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms.

Participate in TikTok LIVE, roadshows, events and other marketing activities when required.

Maintain a clean, organized and professional showroom environment.

Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by Management.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, confident and presentable personality.

Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Sales, retail, automotive or motorcycle industry experience is an advantage.
