Job summary

Berjaya Mega Motors is hiring for a showroom sales role in Malaysia. The position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, helping customers find motorcycles, riding gear and accessories, and building lasting relationships.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and training is provided to develop product knowledge and a confident sales approach. You will maintain a welcoming showroom, upsell related products, and support showroom operations while aiming to meet sales targets and contribute to

• Bahasa Malaysia communication; English is an added advantage.

• Maximise sales opportunities by upselling helmets, riding gear and accessories whenever appropriate.
• Build long-term customer relationships through post-delivery follow-ups, greetings and customer engagement activities.
• Support showroom operations and perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver exceptional customer service by helping customers find the right motorcycle, riding gear and accessories to suit their needs.

Develop strong product knowledge to confidently recommend motorcycles, riding gear and accessories based on customers' needs.

Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming showroom environment.

Maximise sales opportunities by upselling helmets, riding gear, accessories and value-added products whenever appropriate.

Build long-term customer relationships through post-delivery follow-ups, greetings and customer engagement activities.

Support showroom operations and perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

Minimum STPM, Diploma or equivalent.

Able to communicate confidently in Bahasa Malaysia. English is an added advantage.

Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.

Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.

Passionate about sales and committed to delivering excellent customer service. An interest in motorcycles is an added advantage.

What You’ll Get:

Attractive Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Incentives

Average Monthly Income: RM4,000-RM6,500+ (Inclusive of commission & performance incentives)
