Job summary

Evernex in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Administrator to support order processing, invoicing, and customer coordination. You will act as a hub between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery.

The role requires 2-4 years in sales admin, a Diploma/Degree in Business, strong MS Excel, and fluency in English (Mandarin a plus). You will thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced environment and help drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in sales admin/order management, ideally in IT/technical B2B.
• Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills; SAP/ERP/CRM exposure is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Adaptable, accountable, and comfortable in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
