Job summary

New HG Tyre Marketing Sdn Bhd in Kapar, Selangor is seeking a Sales Admin to handle order processing and customer communications. The role involves preparing sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, updating records, and coordinating with warehouse and finance to fulfil requests.

You will respond to inquiries, provide pricing and delivery information, and maintain strong relationships with customers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred; Saturday work is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling sales orders and customer inquiries.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales-related documentation.
• Ensure all sales transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
• Maintain and update customer information and sales records.
• Monitor order status and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, purchasing, and finance departments regarding order fulfilment and other ad hoc requests from management.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
• Provide product pricing and delivery information to customers.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Be preferably computer literate, with experience in generating reports using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong responsiveness to customer enquiries and service requests.
• Candidates who are willing to work on Saturdays will have an added advantage.
