Job summary

Jubin BMS is seeking a Sales Admin to support monthly sales reporting and pricing updates at our Bukit Indah, Johor location. The role involves coordinating sales records, assisting the sales team, and handling administrative tasks to help achieve team targets.

The position requires availability for six days per week, including weekends and public holidays. Training is provided, and benefits include standard statutory contributions and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Compiling and Reporting Monthly Sales Result.
• Maintain records of sales and compare them with targets to help monitor the team's progress.
• Checking and update products prices.
• Check monthly if there are any changes of products prices, check the prices tag on display and mock up.
• Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach team objectives.
• Administrative support if required by sales team.
• Processing Staff Timesheet and update.
• Monthly duty rooster.
• Other’s assignment to be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
