Job summary

SENRI (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading Japanese foods supplier in Malaysia, is seeking a capable Sales Support professional. You will assist the sales team and related departments, monitor customer communications, and help maintain stock and service quality.

The role includes early shifts for packing and warehouse support, with opportunities for progression. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or equivalent, has 2–3 years in the food industry, and is fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent knowledge and qualifications.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the food industry is an added advantage.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Japanese is an added advantage).
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office with knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good team player with high integrity and positive mindset.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility; able to cope with high pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Fast learner, creative and willing to explore ideas and act on them.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day sales processes and activities across the sales team and related departments
• Monitor, track progress and communicate internal and external messages from customers, particularly via WhatsApp and emails
• Provide regular updates to related departments to ensure sufficient stock and good service to customers
• Work routine shifts on air flown days (two days per week), including 3am-12pm shifts for packing list preparation and warehouse repacking support
• Assist and backup the Sales Team
• Work closely with Team Lead on backup, team improvement and development
• Perform other tasks as required by management
