Job summary

AXTRADA (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, is hiring a Sales Clerk to support sales operations and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle sales orders, maintain records, prepare quotations and invoices, and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a secondary education or higher in administration or related field, strong MS Office skills, and excellent English and Malay communications.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education or higher qualification in administration, business or a related field.
• Proven experience working in a sales administration, client support or similar administrative role, preferably within a sales-focused environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay (or local language).

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing sales orders from initial receipt through to completion and delivery.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, client databases and filing systems.
• Preparing sales quotations, invoices, purchase orders and other sales-related documentation.
• Liaising with clients to respond to enquiries, provide order updates and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
• Managing sales correspondence via email and telephone in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitoring and reconciling sales transactions and payment records.
• Assisting with data entry and maintaining organised administrative records.
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
