• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders and documentation to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Support the sales team with client enquiries and provide administrative assistance throughout the sales process.
• Maintain and update client databases and records to ensure information is current and accessible.
• Prepare sales reports, quotations and invoices as requested by the sales department.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars for the sales team.
• File and organise sales documentation and records in both physical and digital formats.
