Job summary

Feiken Bearing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Support Intern to join the Kapar, Selangor team on-site. You will assist with orders, records, and coordination across warehouse and logistics while supporting sales activities and client communications.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing, with strong organisational and communication skills and an eagerness to learn about bearings and industrial components.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Eagerness to learn about bearings and industrial components
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM is preferred
• Reliability and commitment to meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing customer orders, quotations, and sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases to ensure information accuracy and accessibility
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials to support sales activities
• Handle customer inquiries via email and telephone, providing product information and resolving issues professionally
• Support the organisation of sales meetings, product demonstrations, and client presentations
• Assist with inventory management and stock level monitoring
• Conduct product research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies
• Perform general administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and data entry
• Support the sales team with any additional tasks as required to ensure departmental efficiency

About the role
We are seeking a Sales Support Intern to join our dynamic sales team at our Kapar, Selangor location. As a Sales Support Intern, you will work closely with our sales coordinators and account managers to provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth sales operations. You will be based on-site at our Kapar facility, where you will collaborate with our experienced team members.
