Job summary

H&W Food Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Admin to support the Sales team in daily administrative tasks and SQL-driven order processing.

Based in Shah Alam, you will manage price lists, review customer POs, and liaise with Sales and Logistics to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate documentation and payment status checks.

Fresh graduates are welcome; the role offers a Five-Day week and opportunities to grow in a fast-moving distribution company.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in SQL system or be willing to learn the system.
• Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• STPM, diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience; fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Able to read/write/converse in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player;
• Must work in Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update standard price lists of stocked items.
• Review and confirm customers' PO (product, price, BBD, qty).
• Process customers' PO in SQL system.
• Support Sales team in daily administrative tasks.
• Liaise with Sales and Logistics on delivery requirements and due dates.
• Review customers' payment status prior to delivery.
• Check orders packed by warehouse team prior to delivery.
• Prepare and file documents (Invoice, Delivery Note, GRN).
• Run SQL reports as requested (SKU list, pricing, customer accounts, outstanding payments, good return notes).
• Attend to sales enquiries via email and phone and pass to sales team.
• Undertake any special assignment by management.

Established in 2016, H&W Food Malaysia has grown into becoming a leading importer and distributor of imported premium food and beverage products in Malaysia. We are currently representing 16 exclusive overseas FMCG brands in Malaysia, our customer base covers the major players in modern trade, foodservice and E-Commerce. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Sales Admin to join our team!

Responsibility

• Manage and update standard price lists of stocked items.

• To undertake any special assignment by the management.

Requirements

• Must have experience in SQL system or be willing to learn the system.
• Computer literate. Familiar with Microsoft Office, good in Microsoft Excel.
• STPM, diploma or bachelor's degree holder in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experiences. However, fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Able to read, write and converse in English. Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
• Able to work independently and flexible in supporting company need, with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Shah Alam.
