Job summary
DYNAMIC EQUO DISTRIBUTION SDN. BHD. is seeking an administrator to support invoicing, order processing, and customer inquiries in our Kuala Lumpur office.
The role involves using AutoCount for invoices, sales orders, and delivery orders, and requires strong communication with customers and the Sales Team. Ideal candidates will have experience in FMCG distribution, familiarity with AutoCount, and a keen eye for accuracy and organization.
Qualifications
- FMCG / Food Distribution knowledge is preferred.
- Familiar with AutoCount is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.

- Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, messages & phone calls
- Process and follow up on customer orders
