Job summary

Leeden National Oxygen Ltd is recruiting for a clerical role in Malaysia to input Sales Orders, CSB and DO into LMS, prepare statements, monitor Shell card usage, and handle invoicing and customer inquiries. The position requires a SPM, 1 year experience, PC literacy and Saturday work.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The role involves checking pricing accuracy on DOs, generating monthly rental and account statements, and maintaining filing for easy retrieval, with additional duties as

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same capacity, preferably in related field. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Must be PC literate.
• Able to work on Saturday (2 Alternate Saturday Off)

Responsibilities

• Daily key in of Sales Order (SO), Cash Sales Bill (CSB) and Delivery Order (DO) into LMS system
• Prepare monthly statement of accounts and arrange postal service for document to be sent to customers
• To monitor the usage of company Shell card and keep track the record properly
• Control of Delivery Order stock and make requisition for purchase if deemed necessary
• To ensure accuracy of product pricing in Delivery Order (DO) before entering into the system
• To generate monthly cylinder rental statements, accounts statements and sales invoices for signatory arrangement.
• Handle customer’s enquiry and complains regards to the invoices
• Assist in data collation on data entry error and cylinder problem occurrences
• Verify outgoing items on trucks against the Delivery Order (DO)
• Verify incoming cylinders (NOP/SOP/COP cylinders) against ECR (Empty Cylinder Receipt), ROC (Receipt of Cylinder), client’s DO (Delivery Order)
• To issue ECR (Empty Cylinder Receipt) to self-collect clients / branches through CMS (Cylinder Management System)
• Solve all cylinder management of system issues as to reduce the non-compliance in Cylinder Management System
• Report cylinder / product damage to the management & at the same time produce relevant documents to claim against customer/ supplier.
• Maintain proper filing for easy retrieval
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein
