Job summary

Leeden National Oxygen Ltd is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily logistics operations, plan cylinder deliveries, and maintain fleet assets. The role emphasizes improving delivery lead-time and implementing departmental policies to solve operational problems.

The incumbent will manage vehicle upkeep, coordinate delivery schedules, and ensure efficient handling of cylinders and equipment, with Chinese language skills considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Task and result oriented.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Chinese speaking is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan for cylinder / equipment delivery and collection.
• Develop and implement departmental policy and procedures to solve specific operating problems and improve delivery lead-time quality.
• Ensure all cylinders / equipment are delivered, distributed, or received efficiently.
• Up-keep of vehicles (lorry and forklift).
• Oversee the daily logistics operation.
• Handle fleet operation & maintenance & repairs.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
