Job summary

Kiong Gay Plasterceil Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable Sales Administrator to support outdoor sales representatives with quotations, orders, invoices, and customer requirements. You will handle walk-in customers and inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth order fulfilment.

You will coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Purchasing and Accounts, monitor customer activity, and assist with AR collections and routine reporting to

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quotations, orders, and invoices.
• Handle walk-in, phone, email inquiries.
• Maintain sales records and SOP-compliant documentation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Purchasing and Accounts.
• Monitor AR and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales reports for management.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Support Outdoor Sales Representatives with quotations, orders, invoices, and customer requirements.

Handle walk-in customers and inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and records according to SOP.

Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Purchasing and Accounts for order fulfilment.

Monitor customer activity and follow up on inactive accounts.

Monitor AR collection and follow up on outstanding payments.

Prepare sales reports and provide timely updates to Management.

Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (One Saturday off every month)
