Job summary

Kiong Gay Plasterceil Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Support Outdoor Sales Representatives to assist with quotations, orders, invoices and customer requirements. The role involves handling walk-in customers and inquiries via phone, email and in person, while maintaining accurate sales documentation in line with SOP.

Coordination with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Purchasing and Accounts ensures timely order fulfilment, with ongoing activity monitoring and AR collection follow-up.

Qualifications

• Handles quotations, orders, invoices and customer requirements.
• Manages walk-in customers and inquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Prepares and maintains sales documentation according to SOP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Purchasing and Accounts for order fulfilment.
• Monitor customer activity and follow up on inactive accounts.
• Monitor AR collection and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales reports and provide timely updates to Management.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
