Job summary

Edsha Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Training Assistant to support safety, environmental, and training initiatives in Pengkalan 2 Industrial Park, Pusing, Perak. The role includes conducting site visits, safety briefings, coordinating toolbox talks, preparing training materials, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and safety inspections.
• Monitor employees' compliance with safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
• Assist in identifying unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and workplace hazards.
• Conduct safety and environmental briefings for employees.
• Assist in toolbox meetings, safety campaigns, drills, and other safety activities.
• Coordinate and assist with internal training programs.
• Prepare training materials, attendance, evaluation forms, and certificates.
• Maintain and update training and learning records.
• Ensure all training documents are properly filed and ready for audit.
• Track employees' training and competency status.
• Assist with safety, environmental, and training audits.
• Follow up on safety findings and corrective actions.
• Ensure employees follow required safety and environmental compliance.
