Job summary

Flex PTP seeks an Environment Health & Safety Engineer to develop and monitor safety programs in Johor. Build and enforce policies for compliance and workforce safety, coordinating with departments and vendors.

You will conduct training, audits, and accident investigations, aiming for zero incidents. A Bachelor's in a relevant field is required, with 6 years of EH&S experience; Master's preferred. This on-site role offers medical, allowances, and time-off benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environment or Health Sciences or equivalent EH&S experience.
• Minimum 6 years in EH&S or related role; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and monitors environmental safety programs and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Inspects equipment and facilities to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Conducts safety training and educates workers on policies and practices.
• Investigates industrial accidents and prepares reports to minimize recurrence.
• Audits business units and interfaces with vendors and engineers on health and safety matters.
