Job summary

Netzero Technology Sdn. Bhd. seeks an EHS Assistant to support the EHS Department in maintaining workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance at our site in Malaysia. You will assist with inspections, training coordination, risk assessments, monitoring activities, and documentation to ensure legal compliance.

The role involves helping investigators with incidents and ensuring up-to-date SDS records, with a focus on safety and environmental practices across the facility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EHS regulations and policies.
• Familiarity with OSHA/DOE legislation.
• Awareness of potentially hazardous materials and practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and replenish First Aid Kits and Spill Kits.
• Inspect fire extinguishers and report defects.
• Conduct periodic checks of fire hose reels and hydrants.
• Assist with EHS training programmes and risk assessments.
• Support monitoring, testing, and documentation for compliance.
• Contribute to workplace incident investigations and SDS checks.
