Job summary

LONGMOTIVE (M) SDN.BHD. is seeking an experienced Safety & Health Officer / Safety Supervisor to join our team in KL / JB. This full-time position ensures the health and safety of employees and compliance with regulations within our environmental engineering operations.

The role involves conducting inductions, organizing toolbox talks, handling training and fire drills, and coordinating with authorities. You will support HSE programs and drive continuous safety improvements across our data

Responsibilities

• Conduct site safety inductions for workers, subcontractors, and visitors.
• Organize toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and awareness campaigns.
• Support the implementation of safety training and fire drills.
• Respond promptly to accidents, incidents, or emergencies on site.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective measures.
• Coordinate with safety authorities and medical responders when necessary.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and authorities on all safety-related matters.
• Support the Head of Engineering Department in implementing company-wide HSE programs.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety practices.
