Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• Certified Safety & Health Officer (SHO) /DOSH Green Book holder
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HSE, preferably in construction
• Data centre experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO 45001 requirements
• Experience in incident investigation, risk assessment, and safety auditing
• Strong leadership and ability to manage safety teams and contractors
• Good communication, reporting, and training skills
• Based in Elmina, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and prepare reports with corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and ISO 45001 standards
• Lead safety training, toolbox meetings, and awareness programs
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance
• Maintain safety documentation and reporting for management and authorities
• Coordinate emergency response planning and drills
• Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization
